F2F at Events

You’ll often see fundraisers at events such as music festivals (they are regularly at Glastonbury), air shows or country fairs, where they might be walking about like street fundraisers or might have set up a stand or stall. F2F at events like these – to which the public pay an entry fee, so do not have “unfettered access” – doesn’t currently need a council licence and it is unlikely that the new licensing arrangements in the Charities Act 2006 will apply to such events either.
