The Institute of Fundraising is staging a one-day conference about F2F fundraising later this month.
While aimed at everyone involved in F2F, the event – on Thursday 30 September – is likely to be of particular interest to any charity that is considering trying F2F for the first time.
PFRA ceo Mick Aldridge will make the ‘case for investing in F2F’, presenting the most up-to-date facts and figures on costs and returns, as well as future regulatory challenges.
There will also be an overview on what levels of attrition and retention to expect from an F2F campaign, presented by Morag Fleming and Rupert Tappin and based on their DARS data from 2004-2009.
There are also sessions choosing between in-house or agency teams and a best practice guide.
The day will be rounded off, quite topically, with a panel debate on managing F2F’s public perception.
