PFRA’s chief executive Sally de la Bedoyere will discuss the public perception of face-to-face fundraising at a conference run by the Institute of Fundraising in December.
Delivering the first session of the event, she will tell delegates that the charity sector needs to stand as one behind the type of fundraising so many charities rely on, if they are to ensure its future sustainability.
This is the third consecutive year the IoF have staged an F2F conference, which will take place at Birkbeck College in central London on 4 December.
The programme also includes:
- Starting up and running an in-house team – presented by Louise Darby and John Tween of PFRA members Framework Housing Association
- Increased use of private site fundraising
- Supply and demand issues of using in-house fundraising teams
As in pervious years, staff at PFRA member organisations may attend at the same rate as Institute of Fundraising members, £175 instead of £225.
