In the summer of 2000, the main charities and agencies using F2F realised they needed to work together to avoid an free-for-all turn war on the streets. A meeting of all interest parties was convened, and the upshot of that was the birth of the Public Fundraising Regulatory Associations, which was up and running by the end of the year. This 10th Anniversary Brochure presents a snapshot of some of the main issues that have faced F2F in the last 10 years.
